WCAI/WNAN, Woods Hole, a NPR-affiliated station
that broadcasts to Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and
Nantucket (on Mindy Todd's show "The Point").
Sunday, July 31st
-- Jerry was featured in a half-hour
long interview on Boston's WODS-FM in June Knight's
"Encounters" program airing at 6:30 a.m.
August/September
-- Oregon Public Broadcasting's "Golden Hours"
show will include Permission Slips in their
Literature & Entertainment previews, reading 10-15
minutes of the book on-air, repeating the show
several times during the day over the two-month
period.
Thursday, August
18th -- Jerry was Raymond Dempsey's guest on
the Providence, Rhode Island cable t.v. show,
"Chapter & Verse," airing on Channel 14 on
Friday, the 19th, twice on Sunday, the 21st, and on
Wednesday the 24th.
Friday, August
19th -- Jerry taped a one-hour
appearance on the Comcast/RCN cable t.v. show,
"Visual Radio-Television," hosted by Joe Viglione,
airing throughout the Boston/Cambridge/Eastern
Massachusetts area (and in Springfield, Mass. as
well as several stations in Kentucky!). See

Wednesday, August
24th -- Jerry was the guest of Shannon Devereaux Sanford, on "Shannon's Corner," from
1-2:00 p.m., on WTBQ-AM in Florida, NY.
Shannon is the author of "The Parent's Guide to
Hudson Valley Schools," and is a graduate of the
London School of Journalism.
Monday, October
17th -- Permission Slips was on hand
at a booth at the Westchester-Putnam County's
Guidance EXPO 2005.
March 23-26, 2006 --
Jerry was a co-presenter, with Lori Hulle, Student
Assistance Counselor of Washingtonville Middle
School, of a workshop at the National Student
Assistance Counselor's Association Conference in San
Francisco, CA. He took advantage of his first
trip to California since 1975 to rent a BMW
motorcycle and go down the Pacific Coast Highway to
Monterey, making a stop at the small Henry Miller
Museum. The scenery was breathtaking.

-- Jerry will be signing books at an appearance at
Borders Books in the Galleria Mall in Middletown,
NY.
