I’m a husband, a father of four, a grandfather, a writer, a motorcyclist and a keyboard player.

The first teenagers I ever worked with are now in their mid-50’s. They were, and are, my teachers, as are all the adults and couples who let me into their lives over the past decades and continue to do so now..

After earning my MSW from New York University in 1986, I’ve worked with teens, families and couples of all different ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, and socio-economic status in New York City, Yonkers, Rockland, Orange and Ulster counties and internationally for the past 38 years. I’m gratified to be able to offer you a seasoned perspective that blends openness and a wide range of experience.
