About (Re)Discovering Sex

Couples therapies that focus on improved communication skills and fostering kinder connections across the board run the risk of feeling incomplete when they don’t incorporate the (re)discovery and celebration of sexual intimacy as well.

This day-long online workshop is for those couples in committed, long-term, loving, monogamous relationships (either married or not). It is open to those of any gender or sexual orientation.

It will run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with an hour off for lunch at noon. It is a Zoom-based workshop and features significant time spent with your partner in private, confidential breakout groups, some time in small-group discussion, and some time in larger group lecture/discussion.

Participants will leave with:
• Increased self-acceptance, and compassionate understanding of the unfolding path of sexuality in your lifetime;
• A deeper understanding of the elements of sexual intimacy for themselves and their partner that create and strengthen pleasure and connection over time;
• Development of a personalized plan re: how to integrate specifics into your lives.

Attention will be paid to the evolution of sexual expression over the life span. The invitation to evolve as physical changes to our bodies manifest themselves will be offered.

What to Expect

You will not be expected to share intimate personal details of the specifics of your sex lives together in the larger group. (If you want to do that, or if other people do that, it is expected that you will respond supportively and non-judgmentally with feedback.)

You will be expected to connect and speak with your partner, with honesty and candor, off-camera, with the microphone off, about sex and the specifics of your sexual relationship.

Fee
$499 per couple.
