Discrepancies between partners about sex are common and should be considered normal. When talked about and figured out together they truly embody what Esther Perel talks about when she says that relational difficulties are not “problems to be solved” but “paradoxes to be managed.” There are good reasons you are the way you are. And good reasons your partner is the way s/he is.
Too often, though, a heavy silence weighs down on couples about this. Finding the right, safe setting to be able to get on the same page again, with clarity, honesty, can be very tricky.
This workshop is for those couples, regardless of gender or sexual orientation, in a committed, long-term, loving, monogamous relationship (married or not) who want to rekindle what was originally good or better than what exists at this moment in time between you.

What to Expect
You will not be expected to share intimate personal details of the specifics of your sex lives together in the larger Zoom group. If you want to do that, or if other people do that, it is expected that you will respond supportively and non-judgmentally with feedback, but the most intimate conversations will take place between you and your partner with the microphones and camera off.
You will be expected to connect and speak with your partner, with honesty and candor, privately, about sex and the specifics of your sexual relationship, and then rejoin the larger group, sharing only what you are both comfortable sharing, or asking questions, listening to others and contributing as you find most helpful.
Participants will leave with:
• Increased self-acceptance, and compassionate understanding of the unfolding path of sexuality in your lifetime;
• A deeper understanding of the elements of sexual intimacy for themselves and their partner that create and strengthen pleasure and connection over time;
• Development of a personalized plan re: how to integrate specifics into your lives.
Attention will be paid to the evolution of sexual expression over the life span. The invitation to evolve as physical changes to our bodies manifest themselves will be offered.
Fee
$499 per couple.
